1. Scope
This page summarises how payments work across Eventsona—ticket checkout on eventsona.com, checkout on your website, venue booking payments, and organizer payouts through the Eventsona Business app (business.eventsona.com) and mobile business tools. Card payments are processed through our payment partner unless another method is clearly shown at checkout.
2. Who you pay
When you buy tickets to an event, your contract for attending that event is with the organizer, not with Ordafy Limited as the event host. When you book a venue, your contract is with the venue owner. Ordafy Limited operates Eventsona as a technology and marketplace platform; we facilitate payments, receipts, and payout flows according to these terms and the policies shown at checkout.
3. Card payments and Stripe
Card payments are processed by Stripe, a regulated payment services provider. You may be asked to accept Stripe's terms where required for your payment. Eligible ticket and booking revenue is paid to organizers and venue owners through their payout accounts according to platform rules and each account's setup. We do not store full card numbers or CVV on Eventsona servers.
Supported methods may include major credit and debit cards and other methods Stripe makes available in your region. Currency and tax display follow the event or venue settings and your location where applicable.
4. Organizer and venue payouts
Eligible organizers and venue owners complete payout setup in the Business app to receive payments. Depending on ticket sales, booking type, and risk controls, funds may become available after the event or booking and any configured refund window. Organizers transfer money to their bank from the Payouts section in the Business app.
Manual payout requests, scheduled transfers, and step-up verification for sensitive payout actions are managed in the Business app. Timing can depend on Stripe, your bank, compliance checks, and account standing.
5. Fees
Platform and payment processing fees may apply to ticket and venue transactions as disclosed at checkout, in the Business app pricing documentation, and in our Terms of Service. Fees may vary by region, payment method, and product type (for example paid tickets vs venue deposits).
Optional paid features for organizers (such as promoted listings or premium tools, where offered) are billed separately according to the plan or purchase flow shown in the Business app.
6. Fund holding (marketplace)
To protect attendees and comply with refund policies, Eventsona may hold customer payments until after the relevant event or venue booking completes and any organizer-configured refund period ends. Only then do funds become eligible for payout to the connected payout account, subject to chargebacks, disputes, and compliance reviews.
7. Refunds and disputes
Refunds and chargebacks are handled according to organizer or venue policies, our Refund policy, Refunds (ticketing), applicable law, and card scheme rules. Stripe facilitates money movement for refunds where applicable.
8. Affiliate commissions
Approved affiliates may earn commissions on qualifying referrals according to the Affiliate agreement. Commission payouts are separate from ticket and venue settlement flows and may use different thresholds and schedules shown in the affiliate dashboard.
